Just as the name implies, this blog tend to air our lay man's understanding of what is happening around us. News reports, write ups, etc are proving to be very ambiguous these days so we will like to say it as we understand it.

Jews helps guard UK mosques after attacks
The other day we brought you a story of Christians allowing Muslims to worship in their church. Another story was about Muslims protecting the Christian's place of worship in Egypt. And now, Jews are helping to protect Muslims and their Mosques from destruction in the UK. Does this mean that all religion are coming to understand and tolerate one another?
Police have also reported an increase in anti-Muslim hate crimes, while the far-right English Defense League, which is accused of fomenting Islamophobia, plans to march through the neighboring borough of Tower Hamlets on September 7. "We keep an eye on all the mosques. If we see anything suspicious, we'll take down a car registration number, report it to the police, keep it for intelligence, log the call and hopefully there won't be any trouble," Chaim Hochhauser, Shomrim's supervisor, told Al Jazeera

Incredible! Gareth Bale makes €10million from his own medicals
This guy will never stop amusing me. Despite being the world's most expensive play, he has made a whooping €10million for himself for just having his medicals in Sanitas clinic, Spain. One wonders what exactly the clinic has to gain by pulling this stunt but there it is; they paid it.
Bale passed the tests with flying colours and was today unveiled at the Bernabeu Stadium in front of 25,000 adoring Real fans. The forward described the switch as a ‘dream come true’ but Madrid made a bit of a faux-pas
in a news article on their website, declaring that the former Tottenham
man was the first ever ‘Welch’ (sic) player to play for them. Doh!
